Heavy Days-14 Day Returns Policy
 

At Heavy Days, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
 

Returns

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:
 

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition

  • All original packaging and tags must be intact

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
     

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
 

How to Start a Return

To begin a return, please contact us at hello@heavydays.co.uk with:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • The reason for return
     

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.


Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the outcome.
 

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 working days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider


Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.


Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and details. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Charity Donation Disclaimer

Heavy Days may offer customers the option to add a charity donation at checkout.

Charity donations are non-refundable.

In accordance with the Work For Good's Returns Policy, once a donation has been processed, it cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
